Great place of business but one big flaw in their system.
When I get on line to place my order, I make the order, get a confirmation that it's being prepared, then I get the notice that the order is ready. I get there, usually wait for a few minutes, and get called to go to a specific numbered counter. When I go to the correct counter, I am usually greeted by a friendly staff member who proceeds to look up my order on the computer, ... and then start filling it (while I wait).
I was hoping to make Puff my "go to" but unfortunately I decided to give that honor to another dispensary.
I can understand having a busy day and sometimes there is no one available to fill it. I get that. But every single visit? Been in there at least a dozen times and it's a regular thing.
Why offer online ordering when it's never filled when they send out the notice that the order is ready? Every dadgum time.
Other than that, it's a great place.
