WELCOME TO THE NEW PUFF CLUB REWARDS
Since we started the first PUFF Cannabis dispensary 5 years ago, we have grown to now have 11 dispensaries and have become Michigan’s premier brand name in the industry. Much of this growth is due to our loyal customers and we wanted to come up with a way to show our appreciation for all you have done for us over the years. So we came up with a new rewards program (PUFF Club Rewards) that allows us to reward anyone that is a member and shops at any of our dispensaries.
As we have grown, so has our need for new software that will help us better serve our customers. We are proud to announce that we have found a new rewards platform, and it is all set up to launch on October 1st 2024. There are a lot of new and exciting features that will come along with our new platform, but unfortunately we will not be able transfer over any of our current loyalty points for any of our current members.
We understand that this isn’t an ideal situation, but we are confident that our new rewards program will more than make up for the inconvenience. So please use up all your points by September 30th 2024, as we will be starting the all new PUFF Club Rewards on October 1st 2024! To show our appreciation to our loyal customers, we will be giving everyone a $10 reward to everyone who opts into the new program!
MEMBER BENEFITS
As a Puff Club member, you will receive the ability to earn points and level up in tiers and receive bigger rewards and discounts the more you move up. You will also receive weekly communications that will include exclusive deals for your favorite store, upcoming events, ability to earn entries in our quarterly giveaways, early access to new product drops, and access to earn double and triple points days when we run those specials!

BRONZE TIER
200 points = $5 reward
SILVER TIER
500 points = $15 reward
GOLD TIER
1,000 points = $50 reward
PLATINUM TIER
5,000 points = $300 reward

CAN I TRANSFER MY CURRENT POINTS TO THE NEW REWARDS PROGRAM?
Unfortunately we can’t transfer your points to the new platform so it’s a use em or lose situation. To show our appreciation to our loyal customers, we will be giving everyone a $10 reward to everyone who opts into the new program!
HOW DO I BECOME A REWARDS MEMBER AND START EARNING POINTS?
Opt in to receive email or text communications and choose your favorite store! That’s it!
WHEN DO I HAVE TO SPEND ALL MY CURRENT POINTS?
Sept 30th 2024 (store closing): At that time all unused points will be lost.
WHEN DOES THE NEW PROGRAM BEGIN?
Oct 1st 2024 (store opening): The New Puff Club Rewards program begins and everyone starts earning points with every purchase.
WHAT DO I GET AS A REWARDS MEMBER?
Ability to earn and save your points to level up and obtain cash and prizes. Access to new product drops, upcoming store events, merch deals and ability to get entries into our all-new exclusive member giveaways.
