ELIGIBILITY: To enter the Jeeter 4 Life PUFF Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), you must be at the time of entry (i) a legal Michigan resident who physically resides in Michigan; (ii) 21 years of age or older; and (iii) a member of Sponsor’s Puff Club Rewards Program.

Becoming a PUFF Club Rewards member is free; PUFF Club Rewards membership has no obligations, and members may end their membership at any time. Information about PUFF Club Rewards and how to become a PUFF Club Rewards member can be found at shoppuff.com/puff-club-rewards/

Employees of Sponsor or its affiliates, sales representatives, agencies, dealers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and promotional and other vendor agencies involved in the Sweepstakes, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and the immediate family (parent, spouse, sibling, child, grandparent, grandchild, regardless of where they reside) and household members of all such employees, are NOT eligible. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 1 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on Sunday April 27 2025.  

HOW TO ENTER: There are three ways to enter the Sweepstakes: 

(a) online entry; (b) in-store entry; (c) mail-in entry; (d) points redemption entry. The choice of entry method will not affect an entrant’s chances of winning.

(a)    Online Entry: Entry(s) are available for each in-store purchase of any jeeter product or for orders over $250 (taxes included). To redeem your online entry, please access your member wallet while you are on the checkout page and click on the sweepstakes entry button that matches your order. For purposes of clarity, eligible entrants will be able to redeem one entry for every Jeeter product purchased (no minimum), or for any order over $250 (includes tax) at any PUFF Cannabis participating retail location in Michigan (Excluding Utica). You can earn more than one entry per order, for example orders with 2 jeeter products will get 2 entries, orders with 3 jeeter products will get 3 entries, etc.

(b)    In-Store Entry: Entry(s) are available for each in-store purchase of any jeeter product or for orders over $250.  To redeem your in-store entry, tell the  budtender at the time of checkout to redeem your entry(s) in your wallet app for you. For purposes of clarity, eligible entrants will be able to redeem one entry for every Jeeter product purchased (no minimum), or for any order over $250 (includes tax) at any PUFF Cannabis participating retail location in Michigan (Excluding Utica). You can earn more than one entry per order, for example orders with 2 jeeter products will get 2 entries, orders with 3 jeeter products will get 3 entries, etc.

(c)    Mail-In Entry (AMOE): To enter the Sweepstakes without a purchase, please print the following information on a 3”x5” card: the words “Jeeter 4 Life PUFF Club Sweepstakes Entry,” your first and last name, date of birth, address (no P.O. boxes accepted), city, state, zip code, telephone number, email address, and the words “I agree to the Official Rules.” Then mail the completed 3”x5” card in a stamped business envelope to: PUFF Cannabis Company, RE: Jeeter 4 Life PUFF Club Sweepstakes, 1017 Naughton Rd, Troy, MI 48083. Each mail-in card will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by 11:59 pm EST on April 27 2025.

(d)    Points Redemption Entry: Puff Club Reward Members can redeem these entries in their PUFF Club Wallet App only. These can not be redeemed in store or online.

ENTRY LIMIT:  There is no entry limit.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Three (3) grand prize winner, will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries to receive the prize package listed below:

PRIZE DETAILS AND INFORMATION:

Prize is non-transferable, and no cash redemptions or substitutions are allowed except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value, should a prize become unavailable for any reason. Any prize details and restrictions not specified will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace or repair any prize which, after the winner accepts delivery, is lost, stolen, or damaged. Any difference between the approximate value and actual value of a prize (or any substitution prize) will not be awarded. Prize consists only of items specifically listed as part of the prize. All costs and expenses not specified herein related to any prize or incurred by accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Limit one (1) prize per person.

The prize is valid only at participating PUFF locations, excluding PUFF UTICA. The Lifetime gift associated with the prize shall mean 8 years or until the winner is deceased, whichever comes sooner. The winner shall receive a weekly allowance of $43.75, which will be added to their Puff Club Rewards Wallet. This allowance shall be redeemable only in the week it was issued and will not rollover if not redeemed within that week.

There will be three winners, and each winner’s prize value will have an annual retail value of $2,100. The prize can be redeemed at any participating PUFF location.

Failure to redeem any portion of the prize for more than 30 days at any given time may result in termination of the prize and is at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

RANDOM DRAW & ODDS OF WINNING: On or about April 30 2025, a random draw will be conducted from all entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Selected entrants will be notified by email and/or one phone call (at Sponsor’s discretion), using the information provided in the entrant’s PUFF Club Rewards member profile, within 24 hours of winner selection.

WINNER CONFIRMATION: To be confirmed a winner, the selected entrant must: (1) respond as instructed within 48 hours to the email and/or phone notification; and If the selected entrant cannot be confirmed a winner for any reason, she/he may be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be chosen. Upon responding to Sponsor’s notification, Sponsor will provide the winner with instructions on prize fulfillment.

PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes winner’s consent that his or her name, likeness, voice and/or biographical data may be used for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation and without additional notice, compensation, or consent.

ENTRANTS’ AGREEMENT TO ABIDE BY OFFICIAL RULES: By entering, entrant agrees that s/he has read, accepted, and will abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and agrees that any dispute with regard to the conduct of this Sweepstakes, rule interpretation, or the awarding of the prize shall be submitted to Sponsor, whose decision shall be binding and final.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: BY ENTERING, ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS DEALERS AND RETAILERS, AFFILIATES, SALES REPRESENTATIVES, AGENCIES, WHOLESALERS, DISTRIBUTORS AND PROMOTIONAL AND OTHER VENDOR AGENCIES INVOLVED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, SERVICE AGENCIES, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, AND THE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES OF ANY OF THE ABOVE ORGANIZATIONS (“RELEASEES”) FROM ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSON, INCLUDING DEATH, OR PROPERTY DUE IN-WHOLE OR IN-PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO THE ACCEPTANCE OR USE/MISUSE OF THE PRIZE, PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Releasees are not responsible for, and each entrant releases and holds harmless the Released from and against, any and all losses, damages, actions, demands, liabilities, or claims of whatever nature or kind arising out of, or in connection with a prize or any portion thereof or this Sweepstakes. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Releasees will not be responsible for any typographical or other error in the printed or other related material related of this Sweepstakes, the administration of the Sweepstakes, the selection of entrants, in the announcement of the prize, including erroneous appearance of qualification for the prize, any entries or entrants disqualified for any of the reasons stated in these Official Rules, or any loss, damage or claims caused by, or in any way related to the prize or the Sweepstakes itself.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGE FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND TO BAN OR DISQUALIFY SUCH PERSON FROM THIS AND FUTURE SWEEPSTAKES.

DISPUTES REGARDING THE IDENTITY OF ENTRANT: Entries will be deemed made by the authorized PUFF Club Rewards account holder of the entry submitted. In the event of a dispute, the selected entrant may be required to provide proof that s/he is the authorized account holder of the identified account.

CHANGES TO SWEEPSTAKES, OFFICIAL RULES, ETC.: Under no circumstances will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, cancel, or suspend this Sweepstakes, or to amend the Official Rules at any time, without prior individual notice, should any factor interfere with the administration, security, or proper play of this Sweepstakes as contemplated by these Official Rules. If for any reason Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, pandemic, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, provincial/territorial or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, Sponsor shall have the right, but not the obligation, in its sole and absolute discretion, to award the prize from among all entries received to date.

DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW: EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND ANY JUDICIAL PROCEEDING SHALL TAKE PLACE IN A FEDERAL OR STATE COURT IN MICHIGAN; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS’ FEES; AND (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANT AND THE SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY, AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN, WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS OF ANY OTHER JURISDICTION THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF THE LAWS OF ANY JURISDICTION OTHER THAN THOSE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN.

RULES GOVERN: The Sweepstakes will be run in accordance with these Official Rules, which shall prevail, govern and control in the event of any inconsistency with any Sweepstakes-related materials.

PRIVACY: Personally identifiable information that is submitted by entrants as part of this Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, select the Prize winner, and fulfill the Prizes, and will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at  https://shoppuff.com/privacy-policy/.

WINNERS’ LIST: For the name of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Winner’s List – Jeeter 4 Life PUFF Sweepstakes, c/o PUFF Cannabis – Marketing, 1017 Naughton Rd, Troy, MI 48083. Requests must be received no later than 90 days after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
